Where Will The Property Market Be In 3 Years Time ?
By b2b on February 28th, 2010I have seen two property corrections in my lifetime, 1972 and 1989. Everything is cyclical and I feel we are due for another bumpy ride.
This government has encouraged rampant houseprice inflation to a point where my kids, who have full time work with large PLC’s, cannot afford to purchase their first house.
Economic prosperity has to be earned, not given away. Our debt levels in this country are enourmous. Property prices have crashed in Japan, America, Spain and France etc. We cannot remain aloof from a global downsize.
Tax the buy to let brigade who borrowed excessively against rising prices to finance their expansion and tax the second home owners.
These high prices do no one any good.

By b2b on February 13th, 2010You know what I mean, the bailout didn’t go through so the market dropped. It was improved and was passed and the market went down. The fed dropped the rate and down it went again! Shouldn’t they stop doing things to improve the market because it goes down when they do those things? I understand fear and the “hold what ya got and wait” mentality, but my question is specifically -Why the downturn when the gov’t does something TO IMPROVE things?

What Economic Situation Would ’slow Market Cuts Time To Build New Home In Half’ Represent?
By b2b on January 28th, 2010It is for an economics assignment, and I presume it has to do with demand and supply factors…it would be great if someone could help me out in a little more detail.
By the way it is for an economy which saw a massive housing boom in 2006, where the price of some houses doubled in value and due to an excess in demand and a short fall of labour people were left waiting on average 2 years for their homes to be constructed. Then the market slowly slowed down by the end of 2006/2007 and now the average home only takes 6 months to build.
Could this be because the prices went up so fast that people couldn’t afford to buy or build so demand fell but supply remained constant???
I would really need to apply an economic theory but I am not too sure which one.
All feedback is appreciated.

This Is A Repost On 44 And Ttc. 33 Years Of Regular 28 Day Cycles. This Time 8 Days Early. Is This Normal?
By b2b on January 21st, 2010? resolved in error on 7/10. at first it was faint pink by day 2 light flow light red, then back to pink and then brown only when wiping. always 7 days this time only 5. before/during this time sensitive to smell, nauseous b4 and while eating, takes hours to subside. also by day 3 of this ‘lmp’ uterus felt like it ws being stretched or pulled apart like the botton ws going to fall out. never felt this b4 xcept when i conceived my now 17 y/o daughter, last ‘normal’ period june 13, this 1 jul 3rd was due to start jul 10. partner/ i track my ov and doing Stork Tango b4 during and aft my hot cycle. as stated period exactly the same 33 years even aft 4 b2b major surgeries incl 1 to remove fibroids 4 yr ago. they went right back 2 normal. breast slightly sore tingly, kinda moody, eating carb heavy and bigger portions(gen. avoided), and mild tension headache even aft start of ‘flow’. what goin on specially w/bottom droppin sensation. partner/I would love to be expecting aft month of trying
