Why Is It That The Stock Market Falls When Obama Speaks?
By b2b on February 8th, 2010I am invested in the stock market..and I have noticed that every time he or anyone starts to speak the market starts a free fall…this also happened when Obama was looking like he was going to be president.
Granted the market started to falter under Bush..but as soon as Obama took the stage the market took a hit big time…maybe if they just shut up and went away..the market will fix it self.

What Would We Do If The Stock Market Falls To Rock Bottom?

No one would want to loose their house or vehicle, but if you had the money to make the payment HOW WOULD TAKE THE PAYMENT if the banks and stock market folded?
Current Market Value Of My Property Has Falls Below Taxable Value, What Should I Do?
By b2b on August 11th, 2009I live in Northern California (Contra Costa County). Because of the Housing Crisis, I believe that the current market value of my property has falls below taxable value as shown on your tax bill.
I heard you can actually lower the Tax of the property, by filling out a form.
But, I do NOT know where the form or who i should contact with.
Could someone give me some guideline or steps, which shows what I should do in order to lower my property tax?
