What Do You Think Of This Idea For Getting An Nfl Team Back In Los Angeles?

Here’s my idea…
I know that the NFL wants LA to have two NFL teams and I think that makes sense because the LA market is so big that the city could certainly support two teams (as long as they don’t play as the Colosseum which is impossible to sell out for a number of reasons, but thats neither here nor there).
I think they should move the Raiders and the Jaguars to LA. Both teams get most of their home games blacked out and they simply aren’t in markets that can support NFL teams.
The only hitch in the plan is the fact that they are both AFC teams and obviously the NFL will want one of the teams in LA to be a NFC team. I also have a solution for this.
The Jaguars should switch spots with the Rams. In other words, the Jags will become an NFC West team and the Rams will become an AFC South team. The Raiders can stay in the AFC West.
I think that this idea makes sense geographically. Right now the Rams play in St. Louis, which is far from the locations of the other NFC West teams (Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle). They would actually be geographically closer to thier division rivals in the AFC South because thier division rivals would be located in Indy, Nashville, and Houston. LA is also a more geographically sensible location for a team in a division with Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle.
The only problems I can see with this is the NFL’s desire to preserve the Rams-49ers rivalry, but honestly I don’t even know if that is a big rivalry any more.
What are your thoughts?

The Ram is NOT expandable past 4GB. Will this hurt me within the next 4 or so years? I don’t need any more harddrive space, so that’s not an issue (plus I have an external). Could have bluetooth for $25 more but I don’t think I’ll really need that…
Asking price is just under $700. Sale ends monday so the price will shoot up soon. Is this a good price? The primary game I want to play is the Sims 3 but I might get into other games, who knows. Most importantly, is this laptop good enough to keep up with technology for the new few years? I can’t afford a new laptop often so I want something that will stand the test of time as things keep changing. I see some cheaper but they have much slower processors, less RAM and graphics and I’m wondering how long they will keep up.
My laptop is my main source of entertainment (I watch all my TV off the internet) so graphics might matter there too, I dunno.
