Why Is It That The Stock Market Falls When Obama Speaks?
By b2b on February 8th, 2010I am invested in the stock market..and I have noticed that every time he or anyone starts to speak the market starts a free fall…this also happened when Obama was looking like he was going to be president.
Granted the market started to falter under Bush..but as soon as Obama took the stage the market took a hit big time…maybe if they just shut up and went away..the market will fix it self.
Because the market reacts to bad news; and anytime Obama tries to do anything, it’s bad news.
The markets react to news – moving quickly one way or the other for a while. Some gain from that, others lose by buying or selling. That’s the way it’s always been.
Some assume that when Obama speaks it’s really to shore up confidence, but it often has the opposite effect – temporarily.
The smart money is on the insiders who gobble up the cheap shares every time the market tumbles. If your theory is correct, you know when to buy.
obama isnt going to be a savior and fix the mess America is in, he will attempt to fix it all but as he tries fixing it, it will only slowly get much worse.
Gee, it went UP last week. Could it be you have NO clue as to how the Market really functions? If I were you I would educate myself better before you lose everything.
